Who can enter the promotion?

Entry is only open to ACT, NSW and QLD residents who are 18 years and over.  


The site isn’t loading, what should I do?

So you’ve purchased your Tooheys but the website isn’t loading? Well, there a few things you can try. First, check your device is properly connected to the internet. If you are connected to WIFI, try disconnecting and reloading the site on 4/5G or loading a different webpage to make sure your internet connection is stable. If internet connection isn’t the issue, try clearing the browsing history on your device and open the promotional page in a new tab, preferably a new private tab or new browser. This will ensure there are no other conflicting browser settings interrupting the promotion.

 

What are you doing with my data?

How do I enter the promotion?

To enter the Promotion, the entrant must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:  

  1. purchase a case of Tooheys, to share from any Local Liquor*, Liquor & Co, Supabarn, Countrywide or Red Bottle stores in ACT, NSW or QLD displaying advertising for this Promotion ("Participating Venues"); and
  2. visit tooheys.com/win, follow the prompts to the Promotion entry page; and fully complete and submit the online entry form with their personal details (first name, last name, email address, mobile number and postal address), upload a photo or scanned copy of their receipt for the qualifying transaction and (optional) select the tick box to consent to receipt of marketing from the Promoter.

Proof of Purchase: The entrant must retain proof of purchase. The proof of purchase required is an original receipt for the qualifying transaction. 

The entrant must fill out the online entry form for every entry.

What are the draw prizes?

Draw Prize: The prize is 1 x Vault Pays-enabled Digital Prepaid Reloadable Gift Card (Reloadable Gift Card) to use over the course of a year to purchase ‘Friday beers’. 

$60 will be added to the winners ‘Reloadable Gift Card’ the first Friday of each month before 4pm (AEDT/AEST) for a period of twelve (12) months. The winner will receive an SMS the first Friday of each month alerting them to the funds being available on their ‘Reloadable Gift Card’.  

The funds are intended to be used by the winner to purchase ‘Friday beers’ for themselves and their mates for a 12-month basis. 

The ‘Reloadable Gift Card’ can only be used at participating merchants in ACT, NSW or QLD: Local Liquor*, Liquor & Co, Supabarn, Countrywide or Red Bottle  

 

What are the instant prizes?

  • Instant Win Prize 1: The prize is a $50 Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Gift Card.The gift card can only be used at participating merchants in ACT, NSW or QLD: Local Liquor*, Liquor & Co, Supabarn, Countrywide or Red Bottle. 

  • Instant Win Prize 2: The prize is a $20 Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Gift Card.The gift card can only be used at participating merchants in ACT, NSW or QLD: Local Liquor*, Liquor & Co, Supabarn, Countrywide or Red Bottle. 

  • Instant Win Prize 3: The prize is a $10 Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Gift Card. The gift card can only be used at participating merchants in ACT, NSW or QLD: Local Liquor*, Liquor & Co, Supabarn, Countrywide or Red Bottle. 

 

How many times can I enter the promotion?

Multiple entries permitted subject to the following: 

  1. maximum of one (1) entry permitted per qualifying transaction;
  2. limit one (1) entry permitted per person per day;
  3. limit five (5) entries permitted per person throughout the Promotional Period; and
  4. each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with the entry instructions above.

 

How do I find out if I’m a winner?

Instant Prize winners will be notified as provisional winners on screen upon entry form submission. Provisional winners will be validated and once successfully verified, winners will be notified via email and the prize sent via SMS within five (5) business days from verficiation. 

The draw winner will be contacted by email within seven (7) days of the draw. The draw winner will be published at tooheys.com/win by 11/10/23. 

 

How do I receive my prize?

The prize will be sent via SMS per the mobile number provided on entry within five (5) business days from verficiation.

Are there any special conditions to my prize?

Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the Vault Pays-enabled Digital Prepaid Reloadable Gift Card (Reloadable Gift Card) or the Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Gift Card are not included.The Vault Pays-enabled Digital Prepaid Reloadable Gift Card must be activated within 2 months of issue and is valid for thirty-six (36) months or three (3) years after activation. Please review the Vault Reloadable Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) for full terms of use: www.vaultps.com.au/terms-conditions/. 

At expiry of the Vault Pays-enabled Digital Prepaid Reloadable Gift Card and the Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Gift Card any unused balance will be forfeited. We will not give you notice prior to expiry.
